7 Days Nairobi and Mombasa Tour

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), where the driver-guide welcomes guests at the arrival terminal. Private transfer through the city to the designated Nairobi hotel.

Morning (09:00): driver pickup from the hotel to start a detailed city tour. Explore the Nairobi Railway Museum and its historical locomotive collection detailing the building of the Uganda Railway and the origins of Nairobi. Visit the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) and take the elevator to the rooftop helipad for 360-degree views of the cityscape. Browse the Kenya National Archives, with historical photographs, art collections, documents and artifacts representing Kenya's cultural heritage. Midday: a guided walk/drive along major avenues, landmark government buildings and central streets, with lunch at a local restaurant (own account). Afternoon: return to the hotel for relaxation. 06:00-10:30: Early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park, tracking lions, rhinos, buffaloes, zebras and giraffes against the unique backdrop of the city skyline. 10:45-11:30: Visit the Lang'ata Giraffe Centre to hand-feed and observe endangered Rothschild giraffes from elevated platforms. Afternoon: return to the hotel for lunch and an afternoon at leisure to swim, relax or explore nearby malls. Meal plan: Hotel (Bed & Breakfast).

Morning (07:00): transfer from the hotel to the Nairobi SGR Terminus in Syokimau. 08:00-13:30: board the Madaraka Express train for a scenic 5-hour journey through Tsavo East and West National Parks, offering wildlife viewing opportunities along the track. Afternoon arrival: met by the coastal transfer team at the Mombasa SGR Terminus (Miritini) and transferred to the beach resort for an afternoon at leisure.
