Day 1

Maun
Welcome to Botswana. The 10-day safari begins on arrival in Maun by air. Overnight in this Botswana town on the Thamalakane River, where most epic Botswana safaris start. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2

Maun – Okavango Delta
Board a light aircraft to the Odballs' accommodation in the Okavango Delta, where the staff have already set up camp and await arrival. Meet the other guests and staff around the campfire and unwind over drinks, then gather in the dining tent for a delicious, wholesome meal.

Day 3

Okavango Delta
Embark on epic explorations of the beautiful, lush surroundings on mokoro trail safaris. A professional guide leads this daily adventure through the Okavango Delta.

Day 4

Okavango Delta and Sedibane Village
Continue the daily mokoro trail safaris. The journey takes guests to the village of Sedibane, the last redoubt of the indigenous baYei people. Observe as the local women weave baskets and watch as the villagers go about their daily lives.

Okavango Delta
Spend a final day in the Okavango Delta, continuing mokoro trail safaris through the beautiful, lush surroundings with a professional guide.

Okavango Delta – Khwai
Fly by light aircraft to Khwai for a few peaceful nights at a mobile camp, continuing the adventure. The scenic flight passes over diverse landscapes. The mobile camp is set up on the banks of the Khwai River and awaits arrival. Discover the secrets hidden in the Mopani forests and the riverine woodland.

Day 7

Khwai
Wake up early and set off into the bush for a game drive, with morning coffee or tea and nibbles around the campfire. Embark on unforgettable game viewing activities with an expert guide to track game flocking in abundance.

Day 8

Khwai – Savuti
After breakfast, depart for Savuti, a 5-hour drive. En route, stop for a lovely picnic and enjoy the ever-changing landscapes. Watch predators roam in abundance at this premier wildlife-viewing destination, with afternoon safaris departing after tea offering the chance to watch predators chase other fauna.

Day 9

Savuti
Venture out into the bush every morning and afternoon to immerse in the wonderful game, with camera ready to capture incredible wildlife sightings and exquisite vistas. Retire to camp for a bush dinner and a cosy night in Meru-style tents.

Day 10

Savuti – Chobe River
Leave Savuti and meet the onward travel arrangements. Enjoy one last hearty breakfast and try to squeeze in one last game drive before departing with everlasting memories and a new outlook on life.
