Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Pick up early in the morning from City Market (CBD) and depart Nairobi for the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. The drive passes through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with a stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the landscapes and photo opportunities. Arrive in the Maasai Mara in time for lunch, followed by check-in at the selected lodge or tented camp. Later in the afternoon, set out on a first game drive across the vast savannahs in search of the abundant wildlife for which the Mara is renowned. Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight. Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Day 2

Full Day in Maasai Mara

Enjoy a full day of wildlife exploration in Kenya's premier safari destination. Morning and afternoon game drives cross open plains and follow the Mara and Talek Rivers, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife. Look out for the Big Five - lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino - as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, hyenas and a wide variety of birdlife. On clear evenings, witness the Mara's iconic golden sunsets, perfect for photography. Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 3

Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

After an early breakfast, begin the journey to Lake Nakuru. Along the way, opt to visit a Maasai village (additional USD 20 per person) to experience traditional dances and learn about Maasai culture before proceeding to Nakuru. Arrive in the late afternoon, check into the lodge and rest. Dinner and overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4

Lake Nakuru – Nairobi

Start the day with an early breakfast, then check out and head straight into Lake Nakuru National Park. This compact park is famed for its rare white rhino population, part of the Big Five, and its stunning pink flamingo flocks that gather along the lake's shores. After a rewarding game drive, depart for Nairobi, arriving in the mid to late afternoon. Meals: Breakfast
